Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. There is no minimum order value.
Handling and transit
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit begins after dispatch; it is separate from order handling.
Order cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM CST (UTC−06:00), fixed year-round. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 07:00 PM on a business day count that day as the first handling business day. Orders placed at or after 07:00 PM, on weekends or on excluded holidays begin handling on the next business day. The fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff does not change for daylight saving time.
